Why I’m Keeping This Blog Simple (and Why That Matters)

I’ve been writing on lengerrong.blogspot.com for a while now, and one thing has become very clear to me:

simplicity wins.

No heavy frameworks.

No ads chasing clicks.

No popups begging for attention.

Just words, ideas, and experiments — published consistently.

Writing as a Long-Term Habit

This blog is not about going viral.

It’s about showing up.

Some posts are technical.

Some are personal reflections.

Some are small lessons learned from building, parenting, faith, or work.

Most posts won’t get thousands of views — and that’s okay. Writing clarifies thinking. And over time, those small posts add up.

Why I Added a Support Button (Quietly)

Recently, I added a small “Support” option on individual blog posts.

Not because readers have to pay —

but because some readers want to say thank you.

There’s:

No paywall

No forced subscription

No ads

Just a simple option to support the writing if it helped you.

And importantly:

👉 the support buttons only appear on single post pages, not the homepage — so the reading experience stays clean and focused.

Transparency Matters

This blog will always stay:

Personal

Lightweight

Independent

If you choose to support it, thank you — it genuinely means a lot.

If not, you’re still very welcome here.

Either way, I’ll keep writing.

What’s Next

Going forward, I plan to:

Write more short, practical posts

Share small technical experiments

Document lessons learned (especially things I wish I knew earlier)

No hype. Just progress.

Thanks for reading 🙏
