2026 Begins: Choosing to Stay on the Path as a Blogger

Today is January 1st, 2026.

Before rushing into new goals, I spent some time looking back at the past 12 months of data for this blog — the quiet numbers that tell a very honest story.

Looking Back at the Numbers

Over the past year:

  • πŸ“ˆ Total views: ~44,600

  • πŸ‘€ Daily average visits: ~200

  • πŸ’¬ Comments: 19

  • πŸ’° AdSense income: about $0.01 per month

At first glance, these numbers may look small — especially the income. But when I zoom out, I see something more meaningful.

This blog has been quietly read every single day.

No viral posts.
No aggressive promotion.
No paid traffic.

Just consistent readers arriving through search, bookmarks, and curiosity.

That consistency matters.

What the Traffic Graph Tells Me

The graph over the last 12 months shows something important:

  • Early months were quiet and uneven

  • Mid-year brought steady growth

  • Toward the end of the year, traffic became more stable, with clear spikes when certain posts resonated

This tells me two things:

  1. Content compounds over time

  2. Search traffic rewards patience, not noise

That alone is worth continuing.

About the Money (Yes, $0.01 πŸ˜„)

Let’s be honest.

An AdSense income of one cent per month won’t buy coffee — not even close.

But that’s not failure.

It simply means:

  • The blog hasn’t been optimized yet

  • Content wasn’t written with monetization in mind

  • Traffic is real, but still early-stage

Every monetized blog starts exactly here — with almost nothing.

Income is not the signal to quit.
Consistency is the signal to continue.

My Decision for 2026

In 2026, I’m making a clear choice:

πŸ‘‰ I will focus more on this personal blog.
πŸ‘‰ I will continue the journey as a blogger.
πŸ‘‰ I will learn how to earn — slowly and honestly.

That means:

  • Writing more consistently

  • Creating clearer, more useful posts

  • Learning SEO instead of guessing

  • Experimenting with monetization (without ruining the reading experience)

Not chasing trends.
Not trying to “hack” growth.

Just showing up — week after week.

Why I’m Continuing

Because this blog already proves something important:

Even when you feel unheard, someone is reading.

200 people a day is not “nothing.”
It’s a small room full of real humans.

And small rooms are where meaningful conversations start.

A Note to My Future Self

If you’re reading this a year from now:

  • Remember how quiet this felt

  • Remember how small the income was

  • Remember that you chose patience over quitting

Growth doesn’t announce itself loudly.
It shows up slowly — like this graph did.

Let’s See Where This Goes

2026 is not about overnight success.

It’s about staying.

Staying curious.
Staying honest.
Staying consistent.

This blog will keep going.
