First, you should have a google account.
Open https://cloud.google.com, and click try free










Agree and continue, input your information next.
 











 















PS: credit card will be prepaid 1$ to do verification, the 1$ will returned to you serveral minutes later. Do not worry about it.

Once your registeration done, your dashboard page is show like:









You need to create a project first.









Now. Come to the import step.
Let's create an instance of  VM, it will be your VPS.




















You can chose CPU and image.
The price is list at the right column.

Do remember check http&https traffic.
 Allow HTTP traffic 
 Allow HTTPS traffic

Just wait a moment, you will find your VPS create done.





The external IP is for your ssh connect.
